BroncoDirect and PeopleSoft are now available. I&IT has fixed the problem that made these services unavailable. I&IT staff will continue to monitor these services.

At 1:45 p.m., access to PeopleSoft and its portal, BroncoDirect, became unavailable. I&IT is working the outage. We will post an update ASAP when more information is available.

Tomorrow morning (Friday, Dec.2) at 6:30 a.m., I&IT and its telephone vendor will be replacing a failed power supply in one our phone switch's cabinets.
The replacement MAY result in a reboot of the cabinet that would affect a portion of the land line phones in Buildings 5, 7, 34, 193, 31, 32, 30, 76, 78, 76A, 77, 79, 79B, 79A, 97, 24, 35, 25, 60, 61, 37, 38, 191, 41, 44, 43, 66, 128, 86, 55, 26, 26A, 150, 116, 4 and 4A; all of the Phase II residential suites; LOT K (191) and LOT B (123).
Should the cabinet reboot, the disruption will last 5 to 10 minutes.

I&IT has replaced a module in the main building switch for Building 8, restoring full network onnectivity. I&IT will continue to monitor the switch to assure continued satisfactory performance.
Because of emergency maintenance, BroncoDirect will be down on Friday, Nov. 25, from noon to 2:00 p.m. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Part of a network switch that supports Building 8 (College of Science) has failed. It is being replaced. Eight ports are affected and other usres in the building may experience spotty connectivity for a few hours. I&IT is working to rectify the situation.

Reported Issue: At approximately 11:50 a.m., users reported not being able to access the Internet (external sites) using CPP (authenticated) wireless. (The Guest wireless network was not affected.)
Issue Status: Internet access via CPP wireless has been restored.

I&IT and CMS have fixed the connectivity issues with BroncoDirect. The service is functioning normally.
BroncoDirect is experiencing sporadic errors. I&IT and the CMS staff are working on correcting this issue. Users may experience periodic loss of connectivity while we work on the resolution.
